- A technical failure prevented your note from being created or delivered
- The service was not delivered as described
- The request is made within 7 days of purchase
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Notes that have already been opened and viewed by the recipient
- Requests made more than 7 days after purchase
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Provide a clear reason for the request
- We will review your request within 2–3 business days
- If approved, the refund is processed to your original payment method via Razorpay
- Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–7 business days
4. Partial Refunds
In some cases we may offer a partial refund based on the extent of service usage or delivery.
5. Disputed Transactions
If you dispute a transaction with your bank or payment provider, we will cooperate with the investigation process.
