Mysecretly lets you create a personalized digital note, pay for it, and share it with a recipient through a private link. When you purchase a note you receive a license to create and share that single note for personal use. You may not resell the service, copy or redistribute the underlying software, or attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any part of the website.
You agree not to use Mysecretly to create or send content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, or that infringes the rights of others. We may remove content or suspend access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Mysecretly makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall Mysecretly or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use of or inability to use the service.
The materials appearing on Mysecretly's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Mysecretly does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current.

All payments are processed through Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
